The Switch is compatible with computers running on, but not limited

to, the following OS platforms:

• Windows® 2000

• Windows XP (Home/Professional)

• Red Hat® Linux®

• Other Linux distributions

• Mac OS® X v10.3 and higher

Keyboards

• USB-compatible or keyboard + mouse composite device

(keyboards with built-in USB hubs are not supported).

Mice

• USB-compatible (non-composite)

Monitors

Digital displays with DisplayPort 1.1 and 1.2 signals.

Common Access Card Readers

• USB-compatible CAC or Smart Card Readers

Desktop Controller Unit

The Belkin Advanced Secure DisplayPort KVM switch is compatible

with the following types of Desktop Controller Unit (DCU) devices:

• DCU device connected to the switch’s DCU port

• DCU must be connected through

Belkin RJ14 custom cable standard: Belkin Part Numbers: F1D9026-

06 (CABLE, RJ14, 6P6C, 26AWG, UNSHIELDED, DCU CABLE, 6’),

F1D9026-50 (CABLE, RJ14, 6P6C, 26AWG, UNSHIELDED, DCU

CABLE, 50’) and higher LAN cable.

CAUTION: Connect the Switch to the DCU using only the DCU’s

supplied custom RJ14 cable.
